1. How do I know what size to order?
If you check in the footer at the bottom of the home page there is a sizing guide with measurements so you can see how our products scale so you can work out what size you should order. 

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal gladly accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, or direct payments from your PayPal balance.
 
3. Do I need PayPal?
No. You can use order without an account. A PayPal account does make the checkout process slightly easier. But it's possible to enter your credit card information without a Paypal account.
 
4. How much does shipping cost? How long will it take to deliver? 
Our staff send off packages twice a week on Monday and Friday. We offer Standard shipping through Global Mail and Express shipping through DHL. 

Please, remember that we do ship out of Thailand which means it may take longer then you're use to when ordering online. Standard shipping could take up to 3 weeks while Express shipping should take 5-7 days to arrive. Delivery cost will vary depending on where you live in the world and how heavy your package is but on average standard shipping should cost between 15-30USD.
 
5. Can I track my order?
For shizzle. After the package is sent off we will e-mail you a tracking code that you can use on the carriers website to find out where your order is at any time.

I'm not happy with my product/I got the wrong size. Can I return my order?
No problem, within 21 days you can ship it back to us. Please, look at the return form that came with your package for information. In case you lost it, click here to print a new one.

6. Do I need to have an account to buy?
No, an account is not required but there are some benefits if you do.

7. How secure is this store?

9. Are there any import duties or tax?

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the country your in.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Farang Clothing. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
